What happens next....

Once we receive your deposit of £100 and the booking form we will enter it on our system and send you confirmation and receipt by post.

Bookings are only confirmed once you receive your signed copy of your booking from our office.

If you don't receive written confirmation of your booking within 10 days of you filling in the form please contact us.

We cannot otherwise guarantee availability as most cars are booked at least 9 to 12 months in advance.

Terms of Business

1.   Please notify us immediately in writing of any changes and we will do our best to accommodate.

2.   Final payment to be made 14 days prior to the wedding or in cash to the Chauffeur on arrival to collect the bride.

3.   Cancellations must be received in writing with at least 60 days notice by recorded delivery; otherwise the full payment is due. Deposits paid are non refundable.

4.   We are often asked:- what if car breaks down (even new cars do), our record is brilliant, we suggest for peace of mind that a family car be made available at the bride’s place of departure on the day.

5.   The company cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Every effort will be made to supply alternative transport.

6.   We accept no responsibility for damage incurred to third parties. Damage/soiling to any garments or  personal property however caused.

7.   Our company takes every reasonable care to provide a very professional service. However, in the unlikely event that the company fails to comply with the terms of this booking, our liability is strictly limited to monies paid.

8.   We are unable to deviate from the details on this form (due to scheduling) unless prior arrangements have been made in writing.

9.   To operate efficiently and to help keep to schedule we allow a maximum of 45 minutes for photographs. If this is not sufficient please contact us.

10.   I have no objections to any photographs taken to be used for promotional purposes.

11.   If you have any complaints they must be received in writing within 7 days of the event
